It looks like her litter was not nominated at the time of registration. In order to get her performance, you are welcome to pay the $30 to nominate the entire litter (or ask the breeder to do so). Once the litter is nominated, then you may send in the additional payment with her application for permanent registration and this slip https://www.ukcdogs.com/docs/huntin...-nomination.pdf and we can get her performance.
