I sent puppy papers in & applied for permanent registration with 7 gen pedigree at the end of November. Today I received an easy entry card only. I haven't experienced this before. Will my papers be on the way or should I seek help with this?

Your papers should be on their way. We had a batch of Easy Entry cards that didn't get matched up with the papers by mistake so the papers and cards were sent separately.
