I updated my hand held with no issue.. I tried to update my collars and it says it can't find my device... Looking for some an advice on what I could possibly be doing wrong...

They are a little tricky sometimes First what type of computer are you using. Mac or Windows. Windows should be used. They also have web updater or garmin express. Which program are you using? Windows computer using web updater works best. Sometimes if it can't find the collar. Close everything down and try again.

My biggest issues are people bringing in Drive Tracks and them not being charged. Have to charge them some before updating or they can't be found.

Might see if your collar needs charging, it is worth a try.

use windows and web updater. We do several everyday and web updater works best.
