I sent my papers in they have charged my account then refunded my money can someone tell me why

Please send me a PM with your name, complete mailing address, and the fact that your card was charged then refunded. Also let me know if this was for 1 dog or a litter. If it was for 1 dog let me know the breed & name of the dog.
