Yes. If you are the breeder you would need to fill out one of our Application for Duplicate Registration forms which can be downloaded from our website. You can do the permanent registration into your name from that form.
From our website homepage, click on Registration and from there click on Additional Services. When the next screen comes up look over to the right hand side of the screen and you should see it. It's under Quick Links. It's link #4.
And the form ask for ukc reg number and date of birth and dog name. The ukc number I don’t have and dog is around 2 year mark how would I go about getting this info I only raised one litter out of the dam is this something you can help me with
