Soo there is a 17 month old dog a fella is tryin to sell ...its got a good bloodline...And the guy is an upstanding fella about 70 been around the coon hunting seen for a good while ...anyways he says the dog just needs some tracks and wood time...he dont hunt no more. And said he didnt have the health or time to mess with him..

Soo ..ive always started dogs from being about 3 months never almost 2 years old...how hard is it to come into a dogs life at 2 and get it runnin coons..

Has anyone ever gone through a deal like im talkin about?

I got one at 3 years old back In August and started hunting him. He took right off and made a very nice hound now. You should be fine

If the dog has the goods and its not funny around strange people put it in good situations and it'll be cranking in ten nights.
