TKs Training School

Been making pen space for extra pups to train. With fresh bedding and lights just Incase it gets cold. Have room for 5 more this month. There are several different options to suite everyone’s needs. Got a class of younger pups which I work on handling, listening, I enforce a tight No Leash policy In my training school. That’s the goal at the end no leash.
I am a very picky handler and one thing I ensure is a nice handle on a dog. And with that said please don’t waste my time and your money and send me a slobber mouth idiot that has no sense. I like to really spend time with a pup from the age of around 12 weeks to 4 months. Handling is very crucial. Call for more details on how I start my pups I promise you will be pleased. My school is just like real school. There’s a list of classes and they have to graduate one class at a time. I give a pup a chance to learn by scent only and as well with cage coons I don’t prefer to show them but I can alter my training techniques to however you prefer. I am very open minded. Got several videos of drags and working pups you should really give me a call this is all I do besides hunt a few hounds for a few fellas
Thanks for reading, your bussiness will be a pleasure

God Bless

Address is not listed just because I don’t like just anyone knowing where my kennels are you can never underestimate a thief your hounds will be well cared for and you will get videos and pictures however often you would like

Got a few pups im working right now. Got room for 2 if there ready to enter Senior class. junior class is full. 5 are in the junior class which are under 4 months old is mostly all obedience and handling besides a little bit of work with a coon tail on a fishing pole or a fresh dead coon dragging/pulling up a small tree to go ahead and register that scent in them. At an early age. I prefer to start this at 12 weeks. This group 1 of them liked a coon the most the first time she seen one instantly mouthed which was a granddaughter to rebel who’s sire is Knockout. She rubbed off on the other ones quite a bit the next day all 3 were riding the coon like a surf board holding on as I was dragging the coon. I Keep it very short and let them enjoy it and put them up on a good note I don’t like them to get bored... ever
The Pup in the senior class right now is 7 months old... she has never been handled. Never had a collar or leash put on her. These are things that need to be taught at an early age so when it comes time to tree coons you can handle them like you like. Some are more difficult to train it takes more time. If you want one to really listen you got to get it to me when they are around 12 weeks that’s when it starts to count and that’s when they need to be taught correct manners.

New Addition

Setup a new trail cam today while I was letting the junior pups run. Camera texts my phone when it takes a pic. Timing is everything this should make timing a little easier lol. Also Help show you how old the tracks they are working and so forth
Merry Christmas everybody

Coons moving late

Didn’t get to go work no hounds lastnight due to Christmas Eve but I did get some text messages from my cam. had 2 visitors but not till at 3 am but that was it for that bait pile lastnight. Looks like me hunting from midnight to daylight has been perfect for timing coons and perfect for working pups in the daylight after I hunt the senior pups at night. I’m excited this Camrea with antenna will help me nail these late eating coons and give your hounds a better chance to get on a hot coon every time. I rotate the camera to different piles until I will acquire a few more.
Merry Christmas to everybody 😁

First day working real Coon P tracks

Leading up today they both have seen a coon 3 times I was dragging around encouraging them to chase it. Now These 2 female pups did best out of the class today out of 5 junior pups and 1 senior. following 2 Coon P tracks I laid for them. It was there first day and I would say they did well working the track and locating the tree. The one standing on the tree did better on the track but the one looking at it located it first. Track was only about 15 and 25 yds and I left it there just Incase they didn’t follow track they might still locate it. I had to walk with hem some on track when they would get hung up but they led they way mostly on the track and did the best at the end. Let’s see how they progress.

Palemoon Kennel

Yeah Bo, Ole 3 Smoke turned out to be what I thought he was going to be! Looks like you have him on the right track to be a top hound. Thanks for the video the other day. Nine out of this cross is already running and treeing at 8 mths, no help!

Thanks for selling me 3 smoke

Thank you Matthew I appreciate you selling me smoke he is my best friend now and I will do my best to keep him on the right track. He’s doing great the water doesn’t seem slow him down a bit. If everything goes well when I breed him to one of my insane wenty/only reezen blood females I got you a pup your already on the list buddy. Of course this will be down the road but I love to get the pups owners lined up well before I breed so I know they are dedicated to their pup. I think smoke will throw some nice pups, you made a nice cross! and it’s nice to hear that pretty much all the pups are running and treeing already at 8 months that means something.

Swimming time

I remember when they wouldn’t get wet these are progressing fast. they don’t rush out the box they know to wait till I let them know which one is next. Teaching this as a pack helps I believe. They rub off on eachother. One of the pups really changed the whole pack I can tell she’s the leader. They hunt off deep out of sight now every time. Will have to take them solo or in smaller groups for now on with a garmin they are 3-4 months old. I like them to socialize and hunt. Pups Won’t leave here scared of water this a daily exercise. I like to change up the surroundings as well. So now when I make a drag over some water they will be more prepared when I try to fool them lol. I love it
Thanks for the intrest everybody I have 4 openings next month if anyone needs a lil pup taught some manners or like to start a pup that’s ready to go trail and tree some coons by hisself. No Old pup Trainers here These pups are started independently. Sometimes with another pup in same class. If they got it they got it.
I Love getting it out of em too
