About all these newer lights are the same brightness I’ve had about all of them but reliability Is what you got to worry about and with the big dog I have never had a problem and Matt Williams is a great guy to deal with I’ll never use nothing but a big dog

The only thing I'd add is make sure you're ok with the yellow tint of the main beam. If you've become used to the bright white it's hard to make the adjustment. Also plenty of lights being made now with the switch on the head if yyou'd prefer not to reach to the back of your head for that little knob.

The Genesis is light bright and comfortable.

Great light. Bright spot. Best walking light I’ve seen. Bright colors also. Balance stays on my head great. Great guy makes them also👍
