I'd say that he won't be impeached unless the Republicans demand it. And, I don't see that happening.

I don't see the Dems going alone on impeachment. There have only been two impeachments in our history (Andrew Johnson and Bill Clinton), and neither was successful. Even Nixon wasn't impeached (he resigned from pressure from his own party---so they didn't have to go to the impeachment step).

History indicates that impeachment along party lines is strictly symbolic, and doomed to failure.
