There's no amount of $$ that can buy memories like these!! My baby girl has decided in the last couple years (she just turn 6), that she is indeed a COONHUNTER and she's proud to tell you so, and she's long winded so I know it's true lol.




She walked .62 all the way in and back to Joe in the snow, She talked my ear off the whole time, asking if there was alligators in the frozen river and telling me what she would do to a dog if he was a slick tree'er lol. (She's a lot nicer than me about that lol)

My baby girl (4) cried she wanted to go with the other night and I'm pretty happy with the results. We walked some and she got to see a couple coon and went through some pretty thick stuff. I asked if she wanted to wait for the others to bring the dogs, she said she wanted to go to the dogos so that's what we did.

I'd say that little babydoll in the first pic with her pawpaw is gona be just like my little girl, besides I think it's a given she'll be a coonhunter with Cummings blood in her lol.

Kharter is daddy's tough little coonhuntin girl but she cleans up pretty good, thank goodness she took after her mama lol.



Last year at Walker Days a couple seen her sitting and watching the bench show, they came over and asked her if she'd liked to show their dog for them, and let me tell you, that made her whole year!!! And she treasures her trophies, she literally cuddled up to and slept with the Grand16 trophy I won at Autumn Oaks lol.






I've got a ton more stories I could tell on sis, but I'll share this one more. We had just hired a new apprentice lineman at work, him and his family had moved here from the big city of Phoenix,Arizona. He's got 2 little girls around the same age as mine. So one day I came home and told sis we got a new guy at work and he's got two little girls around your age for you to play with. The first thing outta her mouth was "Are they coonhuntin girls???" 😂😂. Now they're all the best of friends but it's hilarious to see these little Arizona girls faces when Kharter talks her coonhuntin lingo to them.😂

She is a precious little lady! Trust me when I say they grow up so fast. You blink and they're 16 next blink a grown woman with a little girl of her own. But once a daddy's girl always a daddy's girl.

Before we took Addi the other night her momma Miranda, our oldest, reminded me of when I was ready to kill Chey after finding out he'd have her hide in floor board of his truck when they went through town so the cops wouldn't see her not in a car seat. Back then nearly everyone drove single cabs and it was crowded if his dad or one of his brothers went hunting with them. Sometimes apparently they would all four pile in with her in the floor then she could set in someone's lap when out of town. She said those are some of her best memories helping drive on the backroads, gas station snacks, listening for the dogs and walking in the woods with her daddy, grandpa and uncles.
Our girls city friends had a blast running free out here in the woods.
It's funny to remember back how they would go from glitter and cheerleading uniforms to camo and coveralls. Poor Dalton stuck in the middle of 2 sisters and a bunch of their friends lol.
