The dog I'm hunting this year, the papers are currently at UKC Headquarters being transferred into my name, can I just call the office and enter or what do I need to do about Entry? Thanks

You can call or enter on line. The fact that the papers are in-transit has no bearing on being able to enter the dog in the hunt or not.
