Power of Prayer

About two months ago, I was blessed with the opportunity to buy a special hound out of a legendary dog. I purchased a NTCH Nocturnal Nailor Semen male with hopes of him heading my kennel. I had aquired a couple real nice bred females and my goal was to raise some nice pups, breed some females, and meet people.

I had gotten out of coonhunting about 15 years ago due to being in the Air Force because I was constantly deployed and couldn’t give it my all. I have now retired and found I had time to once again take up this hobby.

On Aug 3, I was notified that my male dog Hawk had died. No reason, had just bred our first female that morning, the person went to town and came home and he was dead. Needless to say I was pretty bummed. At one point I thought I would just breed to the hot stud dogs and raise pups. I Scrolled the boards looking but just didn’t see anything I wanted to buy. I prayed that something would happen.

That night, at 10:00, for no reason a person texted me and asked if I was interested in buying his male. He said I was the first person that has had an opportunity to buy him and felt led to offer him to me because he felt I could push him better. I couldn’t believe it and was amazed that now I would once again have an opportunity to own a direct son of Nocturnal Nailor. I have no explanation other than it was meant to be. We came to an agreement and the deal was made.

So, to all those that have sent me texts and offered some amazing dogs that aren’t for sale but you were willing to sell to me....I am extremely greatful. In my time of need, you were there and is what I would do for you as well. I was just looking for a certain something and for no other reason, God made that happen again for me.

So...in the coming weeks this is the male that will replace the late NTCH Nailor’s Nocturnal Hawk in North Texas:

---------------GRNITECH YADKIN TAR RATTLER

----------GRNITECH NOCTURNAL NAILOR

---------------GRNITECH GRCH LOCKDOWN LASSIE

------GRCH NTCH (2 wins to GRNT) NAILOR’S NOCTURNAL KID

---------------GRNTCH GRCH ALL GRAND TRACKMAN

----------GRNITECH SPLIT CREEK HISTORY AGILE

---------------WLDNTCH GRNITECH SPLIT CREEK HISTORY QUICK

He will be a Performance Sire and PKC Super Stakes Sire. We will be finishing him to GRAND as soon as possible, but for me...the history behind this dog is filled with coondogs.

Thanks again for all the kind words and support through the crazy last couple of days.

Tim
