Si
Fellas I Hope you don't over look Si because he is not all Grand. This is the kind of dog that doesn't come along everyday.I originally bought Si's sire from Steve Keener because not only was Shocker all grand , but he was out of some of the best competition dogs and reproducers in the breed.Shocker ended up getting his name because he was absolutely the loudest dog I ever owned and when he opened in the woods , I was like Wow that is Shocking! Si is also very loud. Shocker was turning into what everybody would hope they were getting when they bought a pup bred that way. Trying to think ahead , just by how good Shocker was at a young age, I knew he would reproduce so I bred him to my old Yeller dog.My thinking was I'll give him a head start with his pups and gets some on the ground. She had 4 pups and 3 of the 4 would be ntchs if I owned them without question. I'm not even sure where the 4th one got to. I completely contribute Si to the guys that put that pedigree together and to Bryan Shope for putting him in the woods all those nights. Bryan has never owned another coondog and in alittle over a year and a half he's feeding Grntch Grfch Grch Si HTX I can't say I've ever done that. My dog , Si's sire, Shocker , was killed on the road hunting a week after I bred Yeller. Si was bred one time already and those pups are showing some serious promise at an extremely young age. I know that ped . Shown above is jumbled alittle , but the dogs are all there, just look at it.It definitely worked!!!! If you're in dought , give Bryan a call and take your best dog down there and turn it loose with Si. I Have a feeling Si isn't done winning yet.
