When I put it on the charger, it turns itself on. I have to shut it off. Even when it gets a full charge, it never switches from red to green. It’s done this about the last 5 times I’ve charged it. I let it run down all the way and it still did it the next time I plugged it in.
The collar is clean, and works as it should when on a dog.
Any ideas? Thanks

Start by chicking and cleaning all your contact points. Try taking the splitter off the charger also.
I know you say its clean but closely and see if one contact is discolored
