Alpha shows double name any ideas

My alpha shows a double name for some dogs on my list only one works with the collar the other one is just the name and is in a different color,this is in the compass screen on the dog list it only shows three dogs witch is what I have ??

Sounds like they were added twice. Just delete the ones your not using.

I've had the same issue but the 2nd one isn't in the dog list to delete. Then you will look back at it later and it is gone.

Exactly, prob is they don't disappear, I only have three dogs on the list but on the compass screen up top to tone or zap there are 5 dogs two the same ,I have tried deleting them all and put them back in and same thing

Well now you are saying something a little different. Go to training setup and you can put the same dog up there 4 times. Once for Momentary zap, once for Continious zap, once for tone, once for vibrate. I would suggest that you go the the training set and fix this. Thing is there are many options and I am not sure you understand which one or which way you want to operate the training feature. That is not a knock. Just the facts. The setup and ease of using the training feature depends on just how many dogs you are normally using and how you want to correct them. There are guys that run 20 dogs on their systems and can correct them with ease. The best thing for you to do is go to YOUTUBE and there are many videos that show you how to set up the training pages. Select one that works for you and set it up like that.
