 When Using Frozen Semen?

I have some semen stored off of a stud dog that the owner gave to me. IF and When I use the semen who do I list as owner? The stud dog recently passed away.

You can list yourself as the Sire owner. The Sire must be DNA profiled with us in order for us to register a litter using frozen semen. On the litter application you would indicate that frozen semen was used.
