Pride Turned 11 years old yesterday, he is in Ohio at Mike Blackburn's. I think he had a better birthday meal than me.

I have a hard time believing he's 11! I can remember the day he was born in my basement like it was yesterday and still remember the first time he treed. He was split treed from his sire gr.ch. Swampmusic Boone with the meat....

They get old fast Hobo, I always thought he was one of the best looking hounds I have ever seen mine isn't 11 yet but she just turned 9. A picture of her as a 2 year old came up on facebook. It was amazing how much older she looks now. She is still going strong but I have raised several generations of these females and none of them have lived past 10. Hate to see it coming.

Maybe we could come to a compromise we could have a historical bench show section on the main board along with the historical hunting dog section all we got to do is move the historical hunting dogs back the bench dogs are already here !!
