Around here it done intentionally so they can win off another dogs ability. They breed them like that. Hard to find a humble hound that'll just stand their ground especially when under attack. You gotta have one that'll clean it up fast. Then its labeled meanest one on planet. Its either flight or fight to live in dog wars.
