One Hour Open Track Rule

Can some of you rule experts out there properly interpret Rule 2.(c)/(d) for me. At our local club hunt on Saturday, Dog A was open on a track for one hour continuously. The strike was opened back up to the other 2 dogs in the cast that then struck in for 100 and 75. Does dog A get minused/deleted on his strike or does it simply stay open and now two dogs are running at 100 strike?

Also another scenario that would need to be clarified is, Dog A is struck in right away for 100 and is open on strike for an hour. Dog B opens 45 minutes later for 75. Dog C and Dog D then open after the one hour is up on the continuous track rule, do they now open for 100 and 75 and advance over Dog B that struck at 45 minutes? Or what happens there?

?1) dog A strike stays open
?2) dog C and dog D cannot strike in over dog B. If A and B held strike for an hour then C and D would compete for 100

Dog A keeps his points which you stated were 100. Dog B was struck in at 75 before the hour was up on dog A, therefore dogs C and D will only be struck in at 50 and 25. Dog will keep his 100 until by coming in, 8 gets him, (minus) treeing (?) or hunt time running out. If dogs B,C,& D are all scored and dog A is still running the strike points will be open again. 100, 75, 50 as dogs open.
