Ear Problems??

I have a female I'm hunting thats shaking her head . She's just having this problem with just one of her ears. Is there any advice on a good solution to clean or use to heal up her ear problem?? When I check her ears they don't look bad or have any looking infection or anything in them.

If you look on the PKC board under miscellaneous you will see Kevin Preumers earsolve it works great I highly recommend it.
