Questions should be yes or no.

It is awfully hard to argue with a yes or no but I am sure that some would try.

So the rule book and score card says absolutely no weapons, I have not seen the exception any where in writing. If concealed carry is ok that needs to be in writing in the rule book. If something happens at an event with a concealed weapon someone could be held liable based on the current rule. My question is dose the liability fall on the individual club or UKC.

The Liability should fall on the Person carrying the weapon.
Be responsible for your own actions and stop trying to put the blame where it doesn't belong.....!!!

Thanks

I agree people should be responsible for their own actions, but sadly that is not how it always works.

Where I see a problem is if it is brought to the attention of a judge or moh that someone is carrying concealed and no action is taken by the judge or moh. If an incident were to occur and there was no prior knowledge by anyone that anyone was carrying concealed the individual would be responsible alone. I also think the individual could stand a good chance of being barred from ukc even if incident was justified based on the "absolutely no weapons" rule.

Guys and Gals,
Allen answered this question with yes. From a corn bread lawyers take here, the key to the answer, and the key in an investigation is fairly simple. ITS CONCELED CARRY. To me that means nobody knows I have it until there comes a time that self preservation comes into play. I believe it is perfectly fine to carry under the laws of the state you are hunting in. THE WORD CONCEALED means keep it out of site, that should be plain and simple to us all. LIABILITY is something that only the courts will be able to decide, and who knows how that will come out?
