fly prevention

my dog gets flies on him this time of year and usually chew on his ears the worst.
i have fly suave i use but wondered what else is out there.

have tried the fly strips but they dont seem to help keep them off of him.

If you have him in a kennel see if you can buy fly screen material to cover the kennel. Same material you would use for a back porch screen.

Fly ointments are good but need to be reapplied once or twice a day. Permethrin spray helps too. Hit the environment around the kennel too.

A large fan works good for flies also. Keeps the dogs cooler too.

Fly bag traps work really good. Buy several, they usually fill up quick.
