I'll start by saying i had no intentions of breeding or publicly offering Smith at stud, but in the last month I've bred and have 8 females lined up to be bred, so since he's superstaked now here he is. Smith is the most accurate hound i ever put a leash on. He's got 1 of if not the best locates I've ever heard followed by a steady chop.Smith also can take all the pressure you can put on him,blow the squaller,shoot the gun, he's staying.He's not all grand but is all coondog , he does have 4 WLD Championships between his daddy and grandaddy behind him. He's not perfect,doesn't walk on water but all the local guys that have hunted with him are breeding to him. I think that says alot.

I hunted with Smith for a couple months here in Michigan and I can tell you one thing for sure is when he trees you don't hope to see a coon, you expect to see a coon. Definitely one of, if not the best dog I have ever hunted with!

Anyone that knows me, knows that I really like a black headed walker. Smith is the type of dog that makes me not care if he has a purple head cause he is gonna get treed with a coon! He is probably the most accurate dog I have ever hunted with.

we had smith here in mi. for 6 weeks treed lots of coon when he treed it was a coon or a den and it didn't him long to do it a tree dog and Karl is a good guy to deal with thanks Karl for letting us have him he was fun to hunt Craig and A.J

If your looking for a coondog to breed your female to then I would look at Smith cause he is a COONDOG and Karl is as good as they come! Plus Karl will take you hunting with Smith to see first hand.
