Alpha Issue

I am using the alpha and TT10 collars. The last couple of nights with both dogs loose, one of my TT10's will erase the dog track in about 10-15 minutes after cutting the dogs loose. The other collar will keep the track on the map the full two hours, as that is what I have them set on.

Does anybody have any idea what might be causing one collar to erase and the other collar to maintain the track when both dogs are out hunting?

It just started doing this the last couple of nights out.

Thanks Carson, I was thinking the handheld is what you set at 2 hours, and not the individual collars but I may be wrong. I will try to double check that tomorrow. Any other ideas are much appreciated.

.

These systems will generally only hold so much information. Once full they will erase and start over. That sounds like what might be happening. I would go to your trip computer and reset it and see what happens. Also these dog collars store a lot of tracking info and a master reset on them might help. Do not use a mac computer to reset your collars.
