I field tested a D.T. Systems training collar a couple years ago. It had nice features and was easy to use, however the long range it claimed to have failed pretty badly.

I have used dt systems for 5 or 6 years, but not the R.A.P.T. I have the H20 plus ( 1 mile range) and the micro idt plus (900 yd range).
The prices are great, the collars are weel made, and you can change the batteries yourself for about $20 each- much better than sending a collar in and paying $100+

Thanks Dave, that's kind of what I liked its not that expensive and low maintenance , I only use a color for obedience mostly, I can pretty much tell if my hounds are trashing or not so I can usually get pretty close to correct that ...
