Our club is gonna hold a Friday night RQE this year. The date is April 14th.. what's everyone thoughts on this? I think it's a good thing. Thanks for your input and thanks to ukc for trying new things. Seth

I like it a lot. I preach on Sunday so distance I travel to hunt on Saturday night is very limited. But I will go bout anywhere on Friday.

Guess depends on how many RQE's you all have in your area throughout the year. only thing i can see wrong with it is for the working man that has to drive a long distance doesnt get off work quick enough and cant make the deadline other than that why not !

Ya I agree. We made the show deadline 7 pm and hunt 9 pm. We hope this will help with that. This yr it falls on Good Friday so that should help us.

We are having a Friday night RQE as well. Allen asked if we would be willing to try it because of more Friday night entries being a trend for awhile now in other events. Ours is March 31, 2017.

I think it is a good idea. Some of us hate to miss church. It might not be great till the time changes cause people have to work and might be hard to make it by deadline, especially the show. But there might be many benefits from it.

Clubs are to far apart here Friday night hunts of any kind don't work real well here but they might work somewhere give it a whirl don't know if you don't try.

That clubs original RQE date fell on English Days this year. Blame Seth for changing it. lol. Unfortunately, alternative dates were sparse. Might be easier to switch jobs.
