Dc 50 green light flashing

Does someone know how to correct a
50 collar that blinks green very rapidly and beeps periodically as soon as you turn it on. It won't hook up with 320.

.

It is one of two things.

Have you updated it lately? If so did you use a MAC computer. That may be one the problem and you need to use a windows machine and update it again.

Second thing is the DC 50 has two modes it turns on in.
1. Pairing mode which is also a fast flash and beeping.
2. Regular start up mode.

To start it up for normal use after it is paired you just put the off/on button for a quick second and it will come on ready to operate. If you hold the button too long it will start up in the pairing mode and will flash fast and beep.
You might just be holding the button to long.

Thank you

I updated with Windows in July sometime, but you were spot on with unwritten( as far as I can find) information in that it was operator error. I had held the power switch too long. I have used 50s for years and never did that before. Does the Garmin support staff have a direct line to you for help? Thanks a bunch Mr Conkey.
