Hunting buddy
Okay so this past summer I was out coon hunting and my hound came up treed, when I got to him I seen he was in the water on a creek bank. I take a lot of pictures and this was one of those times. He was up on the wood and about 1/3 was in the water. Well I went to slide down the bank to get a good picture and kept right on going into the water. The creek had cut the bank out and my legs had gotten tangled in the roots. Right under I went. I kept my cool and got one leg freed but the other was higher. I turned over and got a breath of air and managed to get my leg out. When I went to stand up I was in about 4' of water. I walked about 3 feet and was good. I guess my hound was standing on some roots. Didn't give it much thought at the time but now looking back on it I was lucky. Guess I should look into finding a hunting partner. Lol. Be careful out there.
