Garmin 430 question

I received my 430 yesterday but have since been told that we won't be able to track the same collars at the same time between the 430 and the 320. I have a t5 and 5 dc50s. As a bear hunter I need other people to be able to track at the same time. I don't wanna activate my bird's eye and set it up if I'm just gonna have to send it back. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Shawn
