Letter from Alabama DNR Regarding Organized Field Trail Events.

Please Spread the Word to Get Everyone You can to Fill out Both Petitions. The First Petition needs to be Printed and Mailed to DNR, the Second Just has to Filled Out /Submitted. Hopefully theses Petitions will Change/Modify the Rules Effective 10/1/16 that Alabama has Placed on All Field Trail Events that Prevents Out of State Competitors from Participating without License and WMA Permit and Limits Clubs to 3 Events a Year. Thanks
