Thunder
1st off I will start by saying thanks to Asa for trusting in me to partner with him on Thunder as well as a few others over the past few yrs. Asa brought Thunder to me as a young pup, once he was old enough to start carrying to the woods it didn't take long for everything to fall into place. Thunder was quick to start track & Tree, he has a nice all around mouth on him you can hear well. Thunder waits on nothing to go hunting, and has a competitive spirit just like his Momma Ruby, I'd say he is close to her in a lot of ways, and there are things he took from his Daddy as well. I've always enjoyed hunting females more so than males, and Thunder is one of those that will make you proud to own, he is not perfect but I haven't found one yet that is. Asa has done the polishing on him and all the hunts with him, and will continue to do so. Thunder has an impressive pedigree on him, and buy all rights should make a great reproducer. Larry's dogs have always spoken for
Themselves, and Jack & Ruby have said a mouthful over the past few yrs, and still ongoing. Thunder will be in the hunts as he is no where near retired,
He is just getting started...... No pressure Asa..... Asa will be handling all the breeding on Thunder, and will work with anyone on those nice females. Thunder can be in Missouri as well if enough interest for him. It is still early on what his pups will do as his oldest are only
About 4 mon old. There are some really nice females bred now, and them Momma dogs are the main ingredient in these pups. I've always looked at the female mostly when picking pups, but you have to have those nice Stud dogs as well. I surely wouldn't entertain wasting time on Thunder if I didn't think he was nice. I've been moving for the past 2 wks and haven't had time to write anything until now. Asa will do with Thunder no different than he did with Jack as far as showing him, if you wanna see him go give Asa a call and load up. Hopefully Asa can load some pictures of some of his earliest born pups to see what they look like.
Thanks
