i had to talk about cool hunting weather.
got spoiled by a cooler snap with several nights of unbelievable cool weather. tonight was hot and muggy again. sweated more before dark and while hunting than did all day. buddy come up with bella the blue and i took trix, sky, spayed dog. dogs gassed out bad after first run going to brush pile. was surprised as they are in shape but got some coon treed after looking sluggish for a drop. one thing about hunting no matter good, bad, or mediocre sure as hell better than sitting in house watching trash on tv thinking about hunting.
couple runs, this one dogs treed on cedar growed into other tree with coon.
these nebraska dogs so tough lean against electric fence while treeing...(that or fencer not on)...
litter up this one at top that all gave eyes. other dogs pulled back off tree.
