 Apalachicola fl. Fishing?

Anybody from around Apalachicola, carrabelle area got a recommendation on a fishing charter? Am going down to st George in August and would like to find one ahead of time. Would also like any info i can get on the best way to go about fishing the bay yourself... Thanks in advance
