Which Bluetick male wins?

Which male bluetick (living) is a consistant winner in the big hunts? I'm not talking about the Grand Nite that was made in the two cast local hunts, and not talking about the hound out back that never got the chance.I'm talking about the male that had to score big enough to win the big hunts.I don't know the hunt record on very many males, but have watched GRCH GRNITECH PR HAMLIN'S DAVIE CROCKET win consistantly in big hunts. Are there others?I'm hoping to have a more extensive list to pick from when i'm in need of a pup,or want to breed a female i feel is worthy.

Crocket

Grats to Eddie and anyone else who has helped with Crocket. He has done a nice job of representing our breed. Good luck in the future. Lance

A dog that has proven himself at multiple big hunts of the elimination style variety would be the Silver Lake Rock dog. Consistent multiple round/multiple night cast winner among the most elite competition to be found. He's definitely gotten my attention.

THERE HAS BEEN BIG WINNERS IN EVERY BREED ONE MUST ALWAYS DO HOMEWORK ON EACH INDIVIDUAL SOME OF THE TIME THE TYPE OF PERSON DOING THE HANDLING OF THE DOG COUNTS FOR 85 TO 90% OF THE WINNING

Doesn't it still boil down to the majority of the cast seeing a coon in the tree?

You are not alone, I don't get out too much either!

Some other good folks more knowledgeable than I have made me aware of this dog. As mentioned, the elimination variety $HKC & $KC big hunts are where Rock has done his talking. I don't know if he has been entered in any UKC events.

From what I understand, his owners are not breeding him at all for the time being.

Nick & Perry, I agree! I spectated on a cast back in 2010 at National Bluetick Days in Angola, Indiana. The gyp I was spectating with drew out with Shady that night. That ole rascal had a well above average mouth, was either by himself or had the front end of every tree he was on, & had coons in those trees! Shady wasted no time going hunting either. I know it is hard to judge a dog in one night, but he sure made a very favorable impression on me that night. Seeing is believing!

I've never hunted with any of Shady's offspring, but have heard good things.
