the judge is a mexican

I think Trump is right to believe he'll get a raw deal from that judge. If that judge gets the case and rules against Trump it could cost him and us the election. It seems though that his comment about the judge is hurting him anyway. And with Newt Gingreach saying it was the biggest mistake he could make is making it worse. WTH was Newt thinking? Who's side is he on. I can see why he wasn't elected, he can't stay on point.
Everyone knows the judges' ethnicity will effect his decision. If that wasn't the case why does everyone want a jury of peers to be the same ethnicity of the plaintiff.
Also, the judge is involved with la rosa. How would you like to be a black person in front of a white judge involved with the skin heads.

The judge is also a Clinton supporter. Trump should have said them judge Was a Clinton supporter and had donated to her campaigns He should have said that the judge was affiliated with La Rasa not that he was Mexican.

You are right. By simply using the wrong words, in that one instance, he might have pulled a "new York values".
I think he can fix it in a very trump way by saying, OK, i'll clean it up for you pc addicts, The judge, a great American, is affilieated with la rosa and has donated money to the Hillary campaign and there fore can not rule without appearing prejudiced.

It's called no wisdom. Just because somebody was taught how commercial real estate works and was given the money to go out and make deals and file lawsuits to be successful in that field, might prove they're not dumb, but doesn't mean they have a drop of wisdom.

This wasn't a one off comment. Trump spent days calling this Judge that was born in Indiana, a Mexican. He routinely acts like a 5 yr old that never grew up when somebody disagrees with him.

I hope to God that if Trump gets elected that there's plenty of Newt Gingrich types in his administration that have the gonad's to tell him "your being an idiot, shut up."

“The HNBA calls for a boycott of all Trump business ventures, including golf courses, hotels and restaurants,” the statement concluded. “We can and will make a difference.”

There you have it — the judge hearing a case on one of Donald Trump’s businesses is a proud member of a group that believes in boycotting Donald Trump’s businesses.

He would most likely be excused if questioned to be on the jury because of him being an active member of the HNBA but he can be the judge?

The attorney group leading the lawsuit against Trump are heavily involved in Democrat politics and have paid Bill and Hillary Clinton $675,000 for “speeches”.
The Judge in the lawsuit is an open borders immigration activist with direct ties to San Diego La Raza, and has openly engaged with them on their political endeavors. Including scholarships for illegal aliens.
The Trump lawsuit relies (in part) on testimony from a former disgruntled employee of the Trump Organization who went to work for notorious, NeverTrump activist Glenn Beck.
The Judge then “accidentally” releases court records which provides the media with the names, locations, and contact information of the plaintiffs and witnesses in the case, which fuels the media narrative.
After the “mistaken” release, Judge Curiel reseals the court records.
The Judge is a member of an ethnic legal group, HNBA, whose specific and publicly expressed intentions are to target Donald Trump’s business interests

FYI.

Now that the whole story is coming out, Trump is beginning to appear wiser than everyone thought. He was right all along. He just used the wrong word at the wrong time, or did he.

Bob, your above 2 posts may or may not all be true. That is beside the point. Trump could've said the Judge has conflicts of interest and has shown bias and needs to be removed from this case. All points that could be brought up legally. It's done all the time.

All a mute point. Trump spent over a week railing against this Judge on every news show and every rally. Instead of arguing perceived facts on his end, he chose at every turn to degrade him anyway he could think of and constantly called him a Mexican.

STUPID, STUPID, STUPID. First of all me and most of the country could care less about his stupid lawsuit! Talk about the citizens, talk about the state of the country, talk about Hillary. Why is everything always about him? Secondly to say anybody is disqualified in any field based on ethnicity alone is indeed the very core definition of racism. How that fact escapes a man of the world like Trump baffles me. The Judges ethnicity was the main point Trump brought up and hammered home day after day.

By the way, I don't personally feel Trump is an out and out racist. He probably isn't at all, he just is so used to disparaging people on a personal level when they go against him. What bothers me is his temperament about such things, and his complete lack of wisdom. He apparently had no clue until it proved otherwise and he had to backtrack, that a week of the kind of statements he was making every day, was both extremely stupid on a personal and political level, and wrong.

Trump reminds me in one way of George w. Every time he got near a mic. I would brace myself for the screw up that was sure to come.
