 Single Registration

I need to register 4 Blueticks. They are PKC with only Sire and Dam listed on their papers. X-Bred cannot compete on the Bench so is there any way I can register them as Blueticks?

Only if you can get 3 generation pedigree on them and if they are registered with PKC or AKC.
