This is at least Billy's third year to show up on this list and to do it that consistent with just there being less then a handful of litters off him is great
I'm really looking forward to seeing what his daughters do in the breeding pen back in the day they did very well

Well this was a nice surprise .....thanks everybody.
Its no secret that I have been breeding some of the best females I could find to frozen Billy semen over the past 5 years...and I am very pleased with the results. 6 crosses were made with only the first four really being old enough to see competition. All four of those old enough have produced nt.ch. and gr.nt.ch. dogs and the fifth cross out of Willow is now nearing the age to compete and should also produce a few winners.
I still have a little frozen Billy semen left, so I may start the search for the next good female to breed to him before long...so if anyone has a well bred Gr.Nt.Ch. female they think would be a good match....let me know and maybe we can make that happen
Good luck to everyone hunting one of these popsicle pups this year!

Thanks everyone I loved this dog when he was alive and I love what he is still reproducing 25 years later. Alton and Theresa Key made a mark on the redbone breed...and Billy was just a small part of a long list of great redbones that came from their kennel in Wisconsin and I am glad I got my start in redbones from them.

Awww, isn't that sweet. Shane you should be proud of what you and Billy have accomplished. And you shouldn't be afraid or embarrased to tell the whole world about it. I don't know who or where someone came up with the idea that a person should not brag about a dog that they were proud of and loved. Whoever it was probably never had a dog that they could be proud of.

Billy pups keep stacking up performance points.
Nt.Ch. Outlaw Breeze (Billy the Kid x Moonlight Breanna and a litter mate sister to Gr.Nt.Ch.-PKC Ch. Outlaw Cherry Bomb)... won first place Nite Champion at the Hoosier State Championship with 600+ last night in Columbia City. She scored 775+ on Fri night but got beat out of the win by a walker who scored 1050+. I drew that walker Saturday night and Breeze came away the winner! One more win and she too will be Grand Nite Champion
Three casts of Nt.Ch.= One more point for both BTK and Breanna's totals for the year.
As usual she was the only redbone there in a sea of walkers and English. Good luck to everyone competing with a redbone this year. Get em out there and take it to them. We are always outnumbered but that doesn't mean we are out gunned.
