i have a female cur she will be three in may will tree squirrels hunts close 100 yards or less most of the time not trashy at all but has treed a few coons in the day time.The bad is she's not a hard tree dog if she can see you she may only bark a few times then she will watch for the squirrel to ride out or fall .not mean but dont like another dog to croud her.

Guy's this dog don't need help to tree raccoons and he'just sitting in his kennel because i took a new job and can't night hunt at this time so i'm looking for a daytime dog need a squirrel dog for Grandkids thanks .
