I'm conflicted when it comes to knowing the dangers and risks of having federal debt. I've read a few articles that tell me that sovereign debt is harmless, yet my common sense tells me, that's crazy. I have not been able to find, what I call, good information about an impending economic collapse. I've found tons of information advising me to buy lots of beans and bullets and to take my money out of the bank and hide it. That seems like good but impracticle advice. So, at this point, i'm frozen and can't make a decision. How about Cruz saying he would abolish the IRS and use a flat tax. That sounds sweet.
I don't understand it all either, not even close. But I do know this....2008 was a partial collapse that they say was saved only by propping up the banks, with a near Trillion dollar bailout. Ever since then we've been propping up the economy with near Zero interest rates and the Fed's printing money like it's candyland. So in essence we are living in another economic bubble meandering along at anemic growth rates that are artificially propped up. If it dives this time what rabbit in the hat trick is left is my question?
