Very nice 2 year old male.

I have once again overloaded myself with coon treeing dogs. I have a terrible habit of buying nice dogs.

This male was 2 in Dec. He has a bawl mouth on ground,a bawl and chop on tree.

Very independent

Has coons in his trees

Will hunt alone or in company. He will most likely be split when hunting with dogs. He will most likely be a dead loner when finished.

He is a big 70 pound dog. Solid white one side, spotted on other, red head

I have had this dog right at a year. He is a trailing type dog but not a ground pounder. He is not an explosive tree dog but will be there until you get there.

He is a Fall SS pup,BUT IS NOT PAID UP. Will hunt Fall 16,17

Not UKC Performance

He will be a dog you can catch coons with now. I am not afraid to show him. HE WILL BE A DOG THAT WILL WIN IF YOU WILL TAKE HIM AND A .22 RIFLE AND COON HUNT FOR A MONTH.

Fault I do not like is he is a big going dog. My days of big going are over. He is a bawl and chop mouth tree dog. He is gonna be independent to a fault in my opinion. I don't think he will tree a hot one out of box with dogs.

With all being said,he is 100% a dog you can cut loose alone,he will go alone, and tree coons. No fast game issues,no possum treeing issues. No fighting issues. No growling or fussiness.

$1500 off chain or in the woods. 100% FIRM

I DONT HAVE 24 HOURS WORTH OF VIDEO ON HIM OR A PHONE FULL OF PICTURES,BUT DO HAVE A SHORT CLIP OF HIM.
I can supply numerous references on him.

Out of GrNt Chopper Jr. Chopper won 2014 KY State $KC race.
His momma is Hard Knockin Annie Up

Not a high bred dog by any stretch of imagination, but don't tell him
Just local PR coondogs. His sire has 3 titled dogs on his side. The mom side is all PR. This litter was bred for the local guys who keep track with rifle.

He does not have a magnificent pedigree of titles,he has a magnificent pedigree of coon dogs.

He is from an outstanding litter. I had his brother also and sold for 3 times this price at 16 months.

The diff in two where, the brother was cherry red head, solid blanket back, had huge locate, and was ever more a stylish tree dog.

This dog opens on ground better,is way more independent,is more accurate, and has more hunt.

This dog is no where near as flashy as his brother.AND WE ALL KNOW FLASH SELLS. This dog is a set down tree dog, bawls and chops on tree and does not have the big money looks.

So,if someone is looking for a solid young dog, that trees coons, holds pressure, goes hunting, but can live without flash this pup will fit the bill.

THIS DOG CAN WIN CAST NOW,BUT IN MY OPINION NEEDS SOME HUNTING AS I HAVE NOT DONE HIM JUSTICE THE LAST LITTLE BIT. HE WILL BE A CONTENDER IN BIGGER PRO STYLE EVENTS. HE MOST LIKELY WILL NEVER BE A 1000+ SCORING DOG AS HE WILL NOT BE WITH THE PACK ENOUGH. HE WILL BE THE TYPE OF DOG TO ADVANCE IN WIN YOUR CAST STYLE HUNTS.

Had many calls,texts,and PM.

This dog is not rough
This dog will tree coons
This dog will win a cast now

This dog is not going to check back in in 20-30 minutes or hunt circles and allow you to catch him and move spots. He is going hunting from were you cut him and may get to your second drop spot but won't get there by you loading him and taking him there.

He stays treed

He is not ready to win the World Hunt next week. He will be a contender in big hunts after you coon hunt him and fine tune him.

I enjoy the conversations so feel free to call. I just wanted to hit on a few things so you will not be wasting your time calling.

I have told a couple point blank he won't suit you,and a few people he will suit.

Have had right at 30 calls and text again today. Thanks for looking.

To answer more questions

This dog does not walk on water

He is probably not as good as the dog you are trying to replace or Old Spot you had in 1973.

I can not drive to your place to try him

He is not leaving here on trial

You can hunt him all you want here

His pedigree sucks if you are looking for titles

I am in Elkton,Ky. One hour and half past Nashville,Tn. 3 hours west of Lexington Ky,2.5 hours southwest of Louisville Ky.

Use Mapquest to make sure you can drive that distance, check with your hunting buddy, sale the dog you need to sale, get your income return deposited, and then think long and hard about whether you really want a dog or not.

I don't care a bit to show this dog. One of two things will happen. He will look good or he will look bad. I can't tell you which way he will look. I have seen it happen both ways. I quit trying dogs years ago because I was always trying the dog to see what I did not like. I,like most, can pick one apart in 10 minutes. I started just buying them because then I owned it so I had to find reasons I liked the dog. Plus, buyers remorse did not set in.

I WILL GLADLY SHOW THIS DOG
HE WILL GO HUNTING
HE WILL TREE AND STAY TREED
HE IS NOT READY TO WIN WORLD BUT CAN COMPETE LOCALLY NOW
AFTER SOME FINE TUNING YOU CAN COMPETE ON BIG SCALE HUNTS.
