alpha interfere with astro 220?

I'm still using an astro 220 and dc30 collars... couple months back I hunted with a buddy that has an alpha. My collars kept losing signal, in and out. Hunted at home alone, and with another guy using an alpha and have had zero problems. Go back to hunt with the same guy last night, and my unit wont work again.

Anyone had problems similar?.... could there just be something goofy in that area? Id say we hunted a 6 mile square or bigger last night and I had problems everywhere we went.

.

Could be his collars are running on a frequency close to yours. One of you change you ID numbers and the problem should go away. Like if your running a low number switch to a high number or vice versa.
