Handler A Strikes Dog A for 1st position (100)
Handler B Strikes Dog ?? for 2nd position (75)
Handler C Strikes Dog C and says that Handler B Struck his Dog C and that Dog B is indeed Dog C

Dog B is minus (per rule 4n) ... so the (75) strike position has been scored.

what is the Strike position of Dog C?

Depends on what position is available when C opens and is called. As of right now; 100 and 75 are occupied.

That is the question. Dog C was Truly the 2nd dog to open. I guess the answer is 3rd position (50) since Position 1 and 2 has been occupied.
