Performance question?

Just got my ukc papers back on my 5 month old pup. They dont say permanently nominated for performance. The pup is ss so what do I have to do to get it nominated? Thanks for any help.

The sire has to be a performance sire for that year it was born,,and the breeder would of had to nominate the litter when litter registration papers were sent in

Do the papers you got say anything at all in regards to "litter nominated"??? I bought a new puppy two years ago and the pups papers come back saying "Litter nominated only for performance program"...I had to pay an additional fee to get him permanently nominated. It's cheaper if you do it right away, if I remember right up to a year. Then the fee goes up. Just call the registration dept. and tell them what you want to do. You send in the money and they will send you a letter stating that the dog is permanently nominated.

If the papers don't say litter nominated I don't know if you can do it...as above I think the breeder has to at least nominate the litter.

.

I called and if I do before the pup is 6 months it will just cost me 60 dollars, 150 after. After a year old they cant be nomatied. So the pup is SS so do y'all think I should go ahead and do it or not worry about it. What's the benfits for me. Its a female pup. Thanks again

I would do it...if your luck is anything like mine and you don't go ahead and do it...she will turn out to be fantastic and have some really great puppies for certain!!! Then you will wish you had. It's also a selling point.
