Blister's Rowdy Racal (Heavy Sackett/Hayes/Flag/Boone)

Hunted in the RQE in WI last night with my young hound in his first hunt ever and took second overall and put a win on him. Really like this young hound he will be hunted hard this summer! If he turns out to be as nice as his daddy as he matures I will be one happy man! Would be willing to breed him for a pup if someone was interested.

Nice out with some nice young hounds.

I sure enjoy walking behind this young hound. Tonight Dave and I hunted a half brother with Rascal and they did a great job going deep to put up coon. They went 1000 yards struck and made quick work of a hot track and put up the coon. Second drop then went in about half mile or so worked a track for a couple seconds and the race was on for the big den the next farm over. Coon didn't make it to their home. They had a big ole sow coon with another coon that was higher up. Looked real good for a coupe young hounds tonight.

I got a littermate female from the same cross as Rebel. She didn't get off the chain much as a pup just enough to know what a coon is. She hates a coon and goes hunting definitely not scared of the dark. It won't be long and she will be doing it by herself.

What kind of hounds are your females?

There is a littermate female to Rascal that we are trying to get bought. She is owned by a pleasure hunter and she really likes to be by herself and have a coon. Its a young man's first nice hound and if we can't get her bought we are going to try to convince him to put her in some hunts and get some pups off her down the road. I'm also looking at getting Blister collected. Dave said that he is getting too old to breed he wouldn't lock up with a female a bit ago. He gets it in but tires before he gets locked. I plan to take him to the reproduction clinic in the next two weeks to see if I can get some stored off him.

Rascal has been looking real good will get deep and have a coon. Went with Dave tonight and we dumped three times and had three quick ones 500, 450, and 750 only one hill tonight my kind of night. Haven't had been back to the house this early in some time usually end up getting deep at least once a night and get some serious walking. Dave is hunting a female off blister that is super nice she is a NITECH. These hounds have no reverse tree them as they come to them and have the meat.

Yeah Dave Malean has a pup off that cross. Blister is co-owned by him and Dave Retz.....

Looking for someone to hunt this hound or maybe a partnership on him. He needs to be hunted hard right now and I'm super busy with grad school! He is much more leggy than this the above picture shows!

Nice pedigree and good looking dog.

I like the sackett jr stock and Cord as well. You have it stacked up nicely in the pedigree.
