I want to exclaim to all of you the great service I got from the folks at wildlife materials. I sent a collar to them for repair because it had stopped transmitting. I paid the standard $40.00 service fee. I got the collar back and it still didn't work. I sent it back to them. They worked on it and sent back to me. I got a little signal but it still wasn't right so I sent it back to them. I got it back the third. I went out and the dogs got deep, I wasn't picking up the collar that had been repaired 3 times. In frustration I switched my receiver through all the channels and lo and behold there it was on 10. So now I must confess to the world the idiot I must be. Somehow or other I decided the collar worked on 3 when all along it was 10. So here I was sending this collar back three times and 3 times they changed parts. I asked them if they used a signal strength meter and she said they did. When I discovered how dumb I was, I called and offered to pay whatever I owned and apologized for wearing them out. They didn't ask for anymore money and accepted my apology. They went above and beyond what anyone could expect from a great company.

That's awesome, I have received great service from them as well on collars sent in.
