Help with bloodlines

I really want to hunt English dogs, but I don't know much about blood lines and what lines characteristics are and what crosses well together? If anybody has time would y'all please give me a run down on some blood lines and some traits they have. I can tell you about any Walker cross and anything else you want to know but these English dogs is like starting all over again lol
