Do y'all believe that "treeing instinct" can be bred into a pup or do they have to be trained? Does this look at all familiar? Is it good training or good breeding? (And I didn't have anything to do with either the breeding or the training.) I tried to find an old picture that I remember seeing several years ago but I couldn't. Do either of you know what happened to it?

The good ones figure it out with no effort from trainer(brains)...others need a bread crumb trail.😂

That pic you put up sure looks like a pup that had it in the blood. Treeing by instinct.

I wonder where that blood came from? Where is Dean? I would love to see that picture of Fixin as a little pup for comparison.
