Dry here !

Made one turnout last night dog, trailed about a half a mile down a branch , track started off pretty good , but almost peed out because the coon apparently had been feeding on acorns berries and wild grapes , on the hill, there was no dew whatsoever so trailing was pretty tuff. they did finally tree but it took us a while to get there and the dogs where exhausted from the heat , not a bad hunt just bad conditions ! WE NEED RAIN !

It's been dry here too but we are getting an early, heavy dew.

Its that time of year, Its supposed to be dry. Our creeks are low but our rivers have been up all year. Grass is still green and growing too.

Peanut crop is really hurting here , crops look almost white the leaves are so dry, maybe the storm will bring some rain over this way, south Georgia and Central FL should get some if we don't ..
