Hunt Question

A non-hunting judge is used to judge a cast. The judges light quits working and refuses a light offered to him by a spectator. A dog is treed alone in thick woods in a large fully leaved live oak. The judge with no light walks around looking at the tree while the cast members shined the tree. He, with no light, minuses the tree! My question is, how can a non-hunting judge score a tree or even judge a cast at all? Also, what would some of ya'll do if the above happened to you on a cast?

I don't comp. hunt, but if that happened to me,I would have gathered all other hunters and went back to club,,told MOH exactly why we came back, and requested another judge,,that judge revoked his privlage by refusing another light,,and if they refused to send out another judge,,they would be giving me my money back.

I told the judge I wanted to question it and they all said I couldn't question a non-hunting judge and they wouldn't go back. I said the he&^ I cant question it! I went back to the fairgrounds and told Allen what happened. He said I should've given him my light. I said why would I offer him my light when he had just refused one from someone else? He said if I'd found a coon, I should've given him my light to see the coon. Again, why would I do that after him refusing a light?? My question to him was How is it ok for him to minus the tree without a light, but I should give him a light in order for him to plus the tree? He had no answer and that was the end of that! Actually it was a great big circle tree, but that's hardly the point.
