This is the perfect time to steal a good prospect. If you don't know the story on bocephus He started in May and in Sept placed at the world hunt so in 6 months or less he went from nothing to a coondog. If you do the math he was 17 months when started. I bought him at 1 year because a man in La. thought he should have started already then Jody called and wanted a young dog so I sold him Bo. With the ECHO dogs they will progress quickly once showing interest. Question do you want a pup to start at 6 months and after 1 and a half year still don't know what you have or a more mature yearly to start and in less than 3 months know. We NEVER NEVER think a pup can handle our ground until a year or past. Therefore we don't care if they are a little slow to show interest. This man has fed and care for this pup so all you need to do buy it and hunt it.

I have owned a litter mate sister for a couple weeks. Just hunted her one night. Hot conditions and I have caught the recliner syndrome fever. She split treed twice. One was a grown up mess and there could have been several coon in the tree. We never saw one though. The second tree was slick but she was a treedog.
